I would think so. Usually I just pick up the phone from my pocket and shoot - especially in a situation like above where we are on the move and you do not want to take you gloves off your hands for too long.

If there is enough light, the pics with N95 tend to be quite good.

nice photo, doesn't seem to be N95 but you are very right, if there is enough light the pics come out better.
